It is suitable for materials and products in various industries such as food packaging, textiles, rubber, plastics, synthetic leather, adhesive tapes, electronics, and metals to conduct tests such as tensile, peeling, tearing, and compression, so as to determine the performance of products.
The sample is clamped between the two chucks of the fixture. The two chucks move relatively. Through the force value sensor on the moving chuck and the displacement sensor built into the machine, the changes in force value and displacement during the test process are collected, thereby calculating performance indicators such as tensile strength, tear strength, and deformation rate of the sample.
